The staff and management is so rude and non co operative. Cooling not working. Hot air coming from compressor. Wrostest service ever faced in any hotel. They are just wasted time but didn't resolve the problem for 3 hours. They stopped us in lobby in midnight just to check the cooling is working or not.

Shahanwaaz varsi They provide very excellent service and hotel are fantastic and very superb experience in this hotel here food is very hygienic and testi like our house and staff service is also very good and really they feel our guider like Atihi Devo Bhav. Room service is very fantastic and excellent.

The hotel is well located and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was clean but there were what looked like dirty finger prints and marks on the cupboard. This said it it did not take anything away from the great staff and service received.
